1. Changes and Cancellations to Orders
After an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending on the product's preparation status.
If you wish to make changes, please contact us before shipping preparations begin.
Changes (such as changes to shipping address, products, or shipping method) cannot be accepted after shipping preparations are complete.
Cancellations after shipping are not accepted.
If an order is cancelled after payment is completed, the refund method will follow the payment method used.
2. Estimated Delivery Dates and Shipping
The estimated shipping date listed on the product page is an approximation.
Shipping and estimated delivery dates may vary due to order content, payment confirmation status, delivery conditions, peak seasons, weather, etc.
For some payment methods, such as bank transfer, convenience store payment, and deferred payment, products will be arranged after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
If multiple items are purchased, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability.
3. Stock Availability
While we strive to manage our inventory diligently, due to system reflection timing, stock shortages may be discovered after an order is placed.
In the event of a stockout, we will contact you via email to arrange for cancellation and refund.
Even if you use the restock notification feature, it does not guarantee a restock.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Date and Time Specification
Even when a delivery date and time are specified, they may vary from the requested time due to traffic conditions, weather, delivery company circumstances, etc.
Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are accepted as preferences.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are subject to the conditions stated on the product page.
There are products with free shipping and products with separate shipping fees, so please check each product page.
Delivery Area
Delivery is limited to within Japan.
Additional shipping fees or delivery exclusion may apply to some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands.
If Your Product Has Not Arrived
Please check your shipping completion email and track your delivery status using the tracking number.
If the product does not arrive after a certain period has passed since the shipping notification, please contact us.

Orders may be automatically cancelled if the payment deadline is exceeded.

Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Product arrangements will be made after payment confirmation.
Deferred Payment

This service may not be available depending on the screening results.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Initial defects
- Missing parts
- If you received a product different from your order
Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
When contacting us, please provide the following:
- Order number
- Your name
- Photos of the product in question
- Details of the defect
If there is no exchange stock, a refund may be issued.
7. Warranty
Eligible products sold in our store come with a 7-day warranty from the date of product arrival.
If a defect due to normal use is confirmed within the warranty period, we will respond with an exchange or refund.
Not Covered by Warranty
- Drops, water damage, breakage
- Modification, disassembly
- Deterioration due to wear and tear
- Reasons based solely on appearance
- Malfunctions due to misuse
- Conditions already described in the product description
For warranty claims, we may request photos or videos to confirm the symptoms.
8. Review Feature
The review feature allows you to share your impressions and evaluations of purchased products.
Submissions falling under the following categories are prohibited:
- False content
- Slander and defamation
- Content offensive to public order and morals
- Posts for advertising purposes
- Publication of personal information
- Content that violates laws and regulations
We reserve the right to modify or delete reviews without prior notice, at our discretion.
