Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by "Karutto Reuse Store" (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"), operated by &Seven Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
All customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
1. These Terms apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Service.
2. The usage guide, return/exchange conditions, shipping conditions, warranty conditions, rank standards, product descriptions, and other individual provisions posted by the Company on the Service shall form part of these Terms.
3. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual provisions, the individual provisions shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Amendment of Terms)
1. The Company may amend these Terms when deemed necessary.
2. The amended Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the Store.
3. If a User uses the Service after the amendment of the Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 3 (User Registration)
1. User registration may be required for some functions of the Service.
2. Users shall register true and accurate information.
3. The Company may refuse, suspend, or delete registration in the following cases:
・If the registered information is false
・If there has been a past violation of the Terms
・If fraudulent use is suspected
・If the Company otherwise deems it inappropriate
Article 4 (Account Management)
1. Users shall manage their login information under their own responsibility.
2. Transfer, lending, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
3. The Company shall not be responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 5 (Orders and Sales Contracts)
1. A sales contract shall be concluded when the Company confirms receipt of an order after the User completes the order.
2. The Company may cancel an order or terminate a contract in the following cases:
・Insufficient stock
・Obvious misrepresentation of price
・Inability to settle payment or suspicion of fraudulent use
・Inability to deliver
・Risk of legal violation
・Other cases where the Company reasonably determines that fulfillment is difficult
3. The User shall be responsible for the product price and other necessary expenses.
Article 6 (Product Information and Characteristics of Used Products)
1. The Store may handle both new and used products.
2. Product photos are generally of the actual product, but colors and impressions may differ depending on the viewing environment.
3. Product descriptions and rank evaluations indicate the condition at the time of inspection.
However, this shall not apply to matters clearly stated in the product description or as part of the warranty.
4. Used products may exhibit signs of age-related deterioration, use, minor scratches, changes in battery performance, etc.
Article 7 (Rank Evaluation)
1. The Store may display external appearance evaluations, functional evaluations, and overall evaluations based on its own standards.
2. Rank evaluations are for reference only and do not guarantee future operation or condition.
3. Details shall be in accordance with the usage guide and product description.
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following:
・Violation of laws and regulations
・False orders
・Fraudulent payment
・Bulk purchases for resale
・Impersonation of others
・Interference with business operations
・Server interference
・Involvement with anti-social forces
・Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 9 (Payment)
1. Available payment methods shall be as stated in the Store.
2. Changes after payment completion may not be accepted.
3. Identity verification may be requested to prevent fraudulent use.
Article 10 (Delivery, Returns, and Warranty)
1. Delivery conditions shall be in accordance with the usage guide and the information stated on the product page.
2. Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
3. Initial defects, damage, etc., will be handled in accordance with the conditions stated in the usage guide.
4. Warranty conditions shall be based on separate warranty provisions.
Article 11 (Service Suspension)
The Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
・Maintenance
・System failure
・Disaster
・Communication failure
・Other cases where operation is difficult
Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The rights to images, text, logos, designs, and other content within the Store belong to the Company or the rights holder.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the posted information.
2. The Company shall not be responsible for damages caused by communication failures, delivery delays, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to the Company.
3. If the Company's liability is recognized, it shall respond to the extent permitted by law.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
For any disputes arising from the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of first instance.
