Returns and Refunds Policy
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Cancellations may be accepted only before the shipping preparation process begins.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at our inquiry email address.
However, even after payment is completed, cancellations may not be accepted depending on the shipping status, handover to the delivery company, or other circumstances.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
(*Mail order is not subject to the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.)
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed only in the following cases, provided we are contacted within 7 days of product arrival:
・Initial defects
・Damage during shipping
・Missing items
・If a product different from your order was received
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance.
We may not be able to process items returned without prior notification.
Return shipping costs will temporarily be borne by the customer.
After we confirm that the item is eligible for return/exchange, we will refund an amount equivalent to the return shipping cost.
Please note that if it is confirmed that the item is not eligible for return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
If a replacement item is not in stock, a refund may be issued instead.
The following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
・More than 7 days have passed since product arrival
・Used products
・Damage or soiling caused by the customer
・Matters already described in the product description
・Other cases reasonably deemed ineligible for return by our store
